Quartz

Alpha terms

Quartz is in a free, invite-only alpha. These terms cover the alpha and will be replaced before paid plans launch.

It's an alpha

Quartz is unfinished. Things will break, change or disappear, and we may reset or delete alpha machines with notice where we can give it. Push your work to GitHub; don't keep the only copy of anything on an alpha machine. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for lost work, data or profits.

Your account

You sign in with your GitHub account and you're responsible for what happens under it, including what your agents do. One machine per account. Invites are personal.

Your AI providers

You bring your own accounts and keys for Claude Code, Codex and other agents. Using them on Quartz has to be allowed by your agreement with that provider. Their usage charges are between you and them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Quartz for anything illegal, to attack or scan systems you don't own, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency, to host content you don't have the rights to, or to get around these limits. We may suspend a machine that's doing any of this, or that endangers other users or our providers.

Your content

Your code and your agents' output are yours. We only handle them to run the service for you. See Privacy.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the apps. We may end the alpha, or your access to it, at any time.
